On 26 April 2026, Opera Asia presented the 3rd Opera Asia Sumi Jo Masterclass at The Play Den, The Arts House at the Old Parliament in Singapore, following the previous years at Staatstheater Augsburg and the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna. The masterclass offered eight selected singers from Singapore, South Korea, China and Taiwan the rare opportunity to work directly with one of the world’s leading sopranos in an intimate educational setting.
